General Guidelines
Please use hand sanitiser upon entering and leaving the building. Anyone entering the play frame must sanitise their hands beforehand. We also encourage frequent handwashing or sanitising, especially before meals.
All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The Play Lounge does not take responsibility for child supervision.
Children who are visibly injured or unwell should not attend The Play Lounge until at least 48 hours after symptoms have ended.
Fighting or bullying is strictly prohibited. Anyone involved may be asked to leave without a refund.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for their child’s behaviour and safety and must maintain constant supervision.
Please report all accidents to a staff member so we can assist and help prevent future incidents. All accidents are recorded for safety reviews.
Any damage to property, whether accidental or intentional, must be reported to staff.
Report behavioural concerns to staff—do not attempt to handle them yourself.
You're welcome to take photos/videos of your child(ren), but please be mindful that others may not want their children photographed or shared on social media. We advise only capturing images of children in your care.
If other children are in your photos or videos, please obtain permission from their parent or guardian before sharing publicly.
Staff are present to oversee equipment use and enhance the play experience, but they do not replace parental supervision. While safety is a priority, The Play Lounge is not liable for accidents resulting from play.
